- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 10 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (The thin cups are the perfect balance)
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk egg, baking powder, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined.
Separate into Cookies: Split your cookie mixture into 10 cookies, roll into balls and lay out on baking trays. Gently push your rolled cookie balls down.
Bake: Bake your cookies about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and genlty add the peanut butter cups to the top of each cookie. Bake for 5 for minutes.
Cool and Serve: Allow the cookies to cool completely on your baking trays. Enjoy!
