Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar (Reserver 1/4 cup of sugar to roll cookies in before baking)
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
