Strawberry Crumble Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cup Gluten-Free Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2/3 cup Unsalted Butter (Cold and cubed)
- 2/3 cup Light Brown Sugar (Packed)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Strawberries (Roughly Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- Combine dry ingredients
- Bake: Bake for around 40 minutes or until the top is slightly golden.
