Strawberry Crumble Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 cup Unsalted Butter (Cold and cubed)
  • 2/3 cup Light Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups Strawberries (Roughly Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  • Combine dry ingredients
  • Bake: Bake for around 40 minutes or until the top is slightly golden.
