My Gluten-Free Toblerone Salted Cookies are the perfect holiday treat, especially when Toblerone is readily available. I highly recommend picking up a larger Toblerone bar from Costco to use for multiple batches. These cookies boast a delightful texture thanks to the nougat pieces in Toblerone, adding a unique and satisfying chewiness. The addition of flaky salt enhances the rich chocolate and almond nougat flavors, creating an irresistible balance of sweet and savory. Ideal for festive gatherings or cozy evenings by the fire, these cookies are sure to become a holiday favorite.
